TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to the “Referral Scheme” run by Series One Studios ("we", "us", "our", "the Studio"). By sharing your code or booking with a code, you agree to these terms.

DEFINITIONS

Referrer: a previous client of ours who has been given a personal referral code by us.

Friend: a person who has never booked a session with us before and who books using a Referrer's code.

Code: the personal code issued to a Referrer, which includes their name and gives £50 off a Friend's session.

Qualifying Referral: a Friend who meets all the conditions in clause 3.

Booking Window: 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 inclusive.

Shoot Deadline: 1 March 2027

Who Can Take Part

1.1 You can take part as a Referrer if you are a previous client of ours and we have given you a code.

1.2 Referrers must be aged 18 or over.

1.3 Friends must also be aged 18 or over.

1.4 Our staff, and anyone involved in running the Scheme, cannot take part.

The Friend discount

2.1 A Friend who books a session during the Booking Window and gives a valid Code at the time of booking will receive £50 off the standard session price.

2.2 The discount applies once per Friend, applies to a single session only, has no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or code.

2.3 The Code must be provided when the booking is made. We cannot add a Code to an existing booking afterwards.

Qualifying Referrals

3.1 A Friend counts as a Qualifying Referral only if all of the following apply:

• they have never booked a session with us before;
• they gave the Referrer's Code when booking, and the booking was made within the Booking Window;
• their session takes place on or before the Shoot Deadline;
• they attend their session; and
• they pay for their session in full, and the payment is not refunded or charged back.

3.2 A Friend who cancels, does not attend, or is refunded does not count. If a Friend reschedules, they count as long as the new date is on or before the Shoot Deadline.

3.3 You cannot refer yourself. We may decline a referral where we reasonably believe it is not genuine.

3.4 We decide whether a referral counts. We will apply these terms fairly and consistently, and we will explain our decision if you ask.



Referrer rewards

4.1 Rewards are based on your running total of Qualifying Referrals across the Scheme. They are not additional to each other. The total reward you can receive is:

• 3 qualified referrals  = £50
• 5 qualified referrals = £100
• 10 qualified referrals = £250

4.2 Rewards are earned at each milestone. For example, if you reach 5 Qualifying Referrals your total reward is £100, which includes the £50 earned at 3. You do not receive £100 in addition to the £50.

4.3 If your total falls between milestones, your reward is the one for the highest milestone you have reached. For example, 4 Qualifying Referrals earns £50.

4.4 The maximum reward per Referrer is £250. Referrals beyond 10 do not earn further rewards.

How and when rewards are paid

5.1 Rewards are paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your name. We will ask you for your account details when your reward is due, and we only use them to make the payment.

5.2 We will pay your reward within one week (7 days) of the final referral shoot connected to your Code being completed.

5.3 If a Friend's session is cancelled, refunded or charged back after you have been paid, we may deduct the corresponding reward from any later payment or ask you to return it.

5.4 Rewards are for you personally and cannot be transferred or exchanged. You are responsible for any tax that may be due on a reward.

Sharing your Code

6.1 You may share your Code with friends, family and colleagues in person, by private message, or on your own social media.

6.2 If you share your Code publicly (for example on social media), make clear that you will receive a reward if someone books.

6.3 Codes must not be posted on voucher, discount or deal websites, sold, or published in paid advertising.

6.4 Please only share your Code with people you know, and do not send unsolicited messages to people who have not asked to hear from you.

Misuse

7.1 We may refuse or withdraw a reward and cancel a Code if we reasonably believe the Scheme has been misused. This includes self-referral, fake or duplicate bookings, bookings made only to trigger a reward, or breaching clause 6.

7.2 We may ask for reasonable evidence that a referral is genuine before paying a reward.

Your information

8.1 We use Friends' booking details only to manage their booking and shoot. We use Referrers' details only to run the Scheme and make payments.

8.2 We will tell the Referrer when a referral has qualified, and we will not share a Friend's personal information with the Referrer.

Changes and ending the Scheme

9.1 We may change these terms or end the Scheme if we need to, for example because of a legal requirement or a problem with how it is operating. We will tell Referrers promptly, and any reward already earned from Qualifying Referrals will still be paid.

General

10.1 Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

10.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
